We’re excited to welcome a Sales Manager Specialist to our growing marketing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with existing and potential corporate clients, building long-term relationships;
- Consulting & Presentations: Advise clients on ERP solutions (1C, SAP, and other systems), preparing and delivering compelling presentations;
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process, from lead generation to the closing of deals, in collaboration with project experts;
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies tailored to corporate clients;
- Contract Negotiation: Draft commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure fulfillment of commitments;
- Market Insight & Reporting: Stay informed on market trends and report key insights to the team. Provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes;
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders;
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently;
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Bitrix24 or similar platforms is a plus);
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (especially Russian) are a plus.
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or consulting, particularly in ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, 1C);
- A degree in Economics or a Technical field.
