From project manager to head of the support department

I have been working at assino as a project manager since November 2012. Here I specialized in projects support. After a short time, I was responsible for more than a dozen different large projects. In February 2015 I became head of support department at assino. I was given the opportunity to take part in numerous advanced training courses and became a branch manager with a team of 30 employees in July 2016.

From the project manager to the head of the project department

I came to assino in 2017 as a project manager. After nine months of interesting and demanding projects, I was given the management of the project department. I was still able to acquire additional certificates while overseeing large international projects. Through the implementation and further support of company management systems, I was able to consolidate and develop my competence in this area. Today, a large team of project managers, consultants and developers is working under my leadership.

From telemarketing clerk to department head

October 2011 I joined assino as a telemarketing employee. In December of the same year I was able to win my first major customers. A year later I convinced my management that assino should invest in additional jobs in telemarketing. Just two years later, I was able to establish telemarketing under my leadership in a department with national locations. In October 2014, the International Telemarketing department was established under my leadership. Many of my employees have used telemarketing as an introduction to a career within assino and are now working as sales managers or project managers.
